1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and MINE-HOMES ENTERPRISES LIMITED (RC 9681489), a company registered in Nigeria ("Mine Homes", "we"). They cover your use of Mine Homes Socials at socials.mine-homes.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
2. The Service
Mine Homes Socials helps you plan, publish and measure social media posts. It lets you:
- upload photos and videos to a media library;
- write posts and schedule them for one or more connected accounts;
- publish automatically to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you connect, once Meta has approved our access;
- receive reminders to post yourself on networks we can't publish to directly (for example WhatsApp, TikTok, X and LinkedIn);
- see analytics the networks make available for your accounts and posts.
What each network allows changes over time and is decided by that network, not by us. We'll show you clearly when a feature isn't available, but we can't promise that any network will keep offering a particular capability.
3. Accounts, workspaces and roles
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in if you can.
- A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner controls billing, members and roles, and is responsible for what members do in the workspace.
- Admins can connect and disconnect social accounts and invite people; editors can create and publish posts; viewers can only look.
- You're responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it's been compromised.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorise us to act on it within the permissions you grant: to publish the posts you schedule and to read the information needed to show your accounts and analytics. You confirm you're allowed to manage those accounts.
Your use of each network remains subject to that network's own terms (for example Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards). Content you publish through the Service is your responsibility. You can disconnect an account at any time in Accounts, or remove our access from your Facebook settings; scheduled posts to that account are then cancelled.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, photos and videos you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process (for example resize or convert), display to your team and publish them to the accounts and at the times you choose — only to run the Service for you.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including any people, music, logos or property shown.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- post spam, fake engagement or misleading property, rental or investment offers;
- break the rules of any social network, or try to get around their limits;
- access other people's accounts or data, probe or overload the Service, or copy it.
We may remove content, pause publishing or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
7. Plans, trial and billing
- New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Pro plan, without a card. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Naira through Paystack. Prices are shown on the Billing page before you pay.
- Plans renew automatically using the card you paid with. If a renewal fails we retry after 1, 3 and 7 days, then move the workspace to Free.
- You can cancel any time in Settings › Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we raise prices, we'll tell paying owners at least 30 days before the change applies to them.
Refunds are covered by our Refunds policy.
8. Availability and publishing
We work hard to publish every post on time, retry when a network has a temporary problem and tell you when something fails. But networks can be down, change their rules or reject a post, and internet services can fail. We don't guarantee that every post will be published at the exact time scheduled, and you should check important posts.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put the Service or others at risk.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, reach or followers), or for what social networks do. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by Nigerian law.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll try to resolve any dispute with you directly first. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell workspace owners by email or in the app before it takes effect.
